The youth of the office shows they are able to recruit young talent just can't keep them.

Had opportunity to make some decisions but truth was that one of the owners had their own agenda and would really just push for what they ultimately wanted anyway. They had a of trouble trusting anyone in the organization to make even the most minor decisions. Only "yes men" are appreciated here. Everything is directed by the CEO. No one has opportunity to innovate and if they do, the CEO goes with his gut regardless so essentially he just wastes your time.
