Working here is not for everyone. The management stuff understands that. It was everything I was looking for. Stability for my family and myself. Full time hours or more. Tons of growth since they only grow from with in. The growth is never ending and if you set up the right compensation package there is no cap on how much you can make. The environment is young and fast paced.

You are always working in a team so if you are more independent this is not for you. If you want to just sit at a desk all day this is not for you. If you want social media marketing this is not for you. This is for people who want a career.

Source Interactive Inc. is a great great company to work for. The experience you get is unbelievable. I learned how to communicate with customers, interview others, train, coach and develop people. Everything was taught to me based off of a proven system and, most importantly, mistakes that other people made I got to learn from. I have now taken these skills I have learned and applied them to my current career. I have the drive and passion now for my future and I can thank Source Interactive Inc. for that. They taught me how to be focused and have goals and am now a more goal oriented individual.
