No room for growth whatsoever, don't expect a raise, no paid time off, lack of management and leadership.

8 hour shifts, overtime. 3 shifts

No Tooling that is required is a common occurrence, tools that people brake they usually don't replace, bad at ordering inserts. you also have to hunt for anything you need because there is no organization. If you are just a operator your job is pretty laid back and easy be cause you don't have to go through the trouble of figuring out how to get a job up and running with the very minimal tooling they have to offer, Also they don't give reviews and try to get away with everything they can to keep money in the own pockets, very shady company
