- Management needs some serious lookover as they'll side with the guests over their own employees - Purely customer service oriented, I wouldn't consider it Security work at all - No loss prevention in my location, you cannot hold, nor arrest anyone for anything - Constant changes in how the work is done, one day it'll be this way, next day it'll be this way, and then it'll go back and management will deny any changes - Long hours (it's security so no surprise there - Typically 10 to 12 hour days)

Very friendly, accommodating co-workers, get to work at music festivals and sports games.

Sometimes long (12 hour) shifts, a lot of standing, pay was barely above minimum wage.
