Small company so lack of upward mobilty

There is no importance to what you do and there is likely 2-3 hours of work you actually do during your 9 hour work day.

While you have no work to do you will be required to make it look like you are working. That means 5 hours of sitting idle inside a cubicle they will encourage you to personalize. Most admin don't see you as a person and just another cog despite the promise of company growth, You will also have to talk to all of the other slack that have been there for 20 years that will approach you to talk about the weather. There is no trust or comradery if you have a conversation with someone you better follow up with an email so they don't get you fired.
