6yHi there! Thank you for your feedback. We are so happy to know that you like our flexible timing policy- it is a favourite with most team members. As for your feedback on our leave policy, we give the following leaves to our employees, 20 Paid Leaves, 15 Sick Leaves, 10 Casual Leaves, 5 Child Care Leaves, 5 Paternity Leaves, 6 months of Maternity Leaves, 10 Special Leaves for Marriage, 11 holidays- like Diwali, Eid, Christmas and Guru Nanak Dev Jayanti. All in all, excluding paternity and maternity we have 61 leaves per year, apart from this we also have 24 work from home options in a year. The idea behind giving these leaves is for people to enjoy an exceptional work life balance. We appreciate your feedback and hope to help you grow in SF.
