Terrible management. Absent, then a dictatorship, then micromanagement, insulting and rude. You can work 6am to 6pm and weekends too then get called out on little things you missed. Then it's brought to HR without ever having a conversation about areas that need improvement. Insulting at best. Avoid if you have a life and want to keep it. Very disappointed to say the least.
