The onboarding process was poorly managed I was hired immediately without proper role clarity or introduction to the team. The company falsely claimed to be a product-based organization during hiring, but after joining, it turned out to be service-based. HR misled me on multiple fronts, including the nature of the work, company structure, and career growth opportunities. The manager was highly unprofessional and often used abusive language in meetings, creating a toxic and stressful environment. There was no proper onboarding, no team collaboration, and no guidance provided to new joiners.

Poor Workload Management: Either the workload was unrealistically high with tight deadlines or employees were left idle without clarity — no proper project planning or task prioritization. No Job Security: I was terminated without prior notice and without a clear explanation. This speaks volumes about how poorly employees are treated.
