Pay could be better than it currently is

- Very keen on developing their employees, I've been able to grow a lot within my role and felt very supported in exploring both my current and any potential career paths. - Kind company work culture - Curiosity and asking questions is encouraged. This is a very collaborative working structure which I enjoy. The people are also very candid and super nice to work with. Great values on internal structure and how people are treated. - Common sense is very much so embraced, if there's something that you don't understand, you can ask and it will be explained. You'll also be treated like an adult, you were hired for a specific reason and you'll be trusted to follow through on your responsibilities. - Clear working structure and guidelines on your responsibilities and metrics and you'll be rewarded for meeting them. Overall a solid place to work with solid people.

Typical Startup issue of sometimes the workload can become a lot but in the same breath if you communicate with your supervisor they will work with you to help with that. We're growing so it makes sense that sometimes there will be more to do than other times. Management is very understanding of that and very conscious of making sure that you know the your work is appreciated.
