      What I like the most here is the recognition and appreciation for the work you do. Efforts are acknowledged on time, which keeps you motivated and valued. I also appreciate the flexibility at work and the approachable, supportive nature of senior management it genuinely makes day to day work smoother. The work culture is another big plus for me. It’s healthy, people focused and encourages collaboration rather than pressure. As someone who strongly values culture, Sourcebae has truly lived up to my expectations. Overall, it’s been a rewarding journey so far and I’m glad to be part of an organization that values both people and performance.
