2yThank you for taking the time to give feedback about your experience. However, you have made several incorrect conclusions about our business practices. For example, while it’s true that approximately 15% of our workforce is international, this is because we provide 24x7 services and due to certain countries being a 6 to 12-hour off-set from Eastern Time, we can staff around the clock client service. Some of our most talented resources are internationally based and we are proud to have them on our team and to be executing on one of our core operating principles of embracing diversity. Additionally, our voluntary employee retention rate over the last year is ~95%, which is above the industry average.
