Unlimited PTO (everyone abuses it because the work culture is awful and toxic due to upper management), a bonus and no on-call, but READ the "CONS"

Svantaggi

First: This company under pays many of its "US" employees (LEAVE after a year or two). Second: Your raise will be awful (less than a dollar increase - doesn't match inflation even though they claim to be profiting over 300 million USD). Third: A large portion of its workforce is from the Philippines (they do this to save money/profit and buy other companies to acquire talent, because they cannot maintain boundaries with many of their US employees - *most end up resigning, leave for better pay, better work-life balance, etc.*) Fourth: The C-Level management tells everyone to write a "positive" review of the company and asks to review it before you post it here on Glassdoor. Fifth: The company uses active track (*monitors your activity - key logs, time away, etc.*) and has HR ask for your account info so THEY can sign in and register you to take certifications. Sixth: They have a history of preventing talent from working elsewhere - they will give you a negative review and/or try to get you fired. Plus, upper management micromanages and makes you take the fall when C-Level management screws up. Seventh: Many of these "positive" reviews should be viewed with a grain of salt. In addition, I would list other cons about this company, but I would be here all day.

Thank you for taking the time to give feedback about your experience. However, you have made several incorrect conclusions about our business practices. For example, while it’s true that approximately 15% of our workforce is international, this is because we provide 24x7 services and due to certain countries being a 6 to 12-hour off-set from Eastern Time, we can staff around the clock client service. Some of our most talented resources are internationally based and we are proud to have them on our team and to be executing on one of our core operating principles of embracing diversity. Additionally, our voluntary employee retention rate over the last year is ~95%, which is above the industry average. Remote work. Not bad culture. Seem to always have investment for acquisitions. Monies is hard when it comes to education. Health insurance is good. PTO is good. Management is technical
