in the beginning, everyone is welcoming specifically the leadership and then you are nothing but a slave for them to whom they try and bribe with beer Fridays so that employees don't quit the org.

1. Toxic Leadership - BIG NO! this company runs on no integrity, no respect for employees and their mental and physical wellbeing but on the leadership who bring in other fellow dept heads based on their friendship and money. 2. No Professional boundaries - No respect for employees time off. treating people like slaves 3. if you are someone who has a voice of her/his own then bam! there you go. how dare you? well it's all about the typical pet game. politics is the key here! 4. Unsupportive environment. no one supports you no matter what you try and convey and the blame will always be on employees, even if one of the leadership people commits a huge fault in the system. employees are an easy target. 5. what is work life balance? oh come on beer fridays/ Saturdays are enough for that. what is a Sunday? or late Saturday evening? getting disturbed with calls having no personal life.

1. It's really good if you want to learn and be a part of a paced, dynamic environment. 2. The tech managers and seniors are very supportive 3. Work environment and culture is very good.

1. The product managers are ready to lick the deepest of client's A**hole and ruin their own systems as they are delivering customised features too soon. 2. Lack of lean development 3. There's no work life balance 4. The sales person are fkin ch*ts who don't even know how to communicate with clients and would ask you about what should they convey to the client and think they can treat everyone like sh*t. 5. The founders have literally zero self respect and you just can't believe anything u believe.
