Where to start????? 1. Toxic. They make no effort to create a team atmosphere or promote workplace friendship. The boss openly says she doesn't believe in lunch breaks and made people cry on multiple occasions on calls, and is never sorry about it. 2. No career opportunities. Small company which is micro managed, they will never trust you to do your job 3. They don't let you take holiday in November and December, even when it is a best friend's wedding.. "strict policy" 4. SO frugal (despite earning ££££) the company try to cut corners wherever... But hey maybe that's good business. They have discussed doing unpaid internships. 5. Pretend to care about mental health but do nothing to promote a healthy workplace. Similar with diversity.
