6yI am sorry you had a bad experience with us. I understand your frustration with training and yes, we sometimes do have to get agents to the floor quicker than we like. That is becoming more and more the exception these days rather than the rule. We are working hard to improve processes and practices as we grow. We have had a lot of learnings over the last year, but have made some excellent hires and are anticipating a more efficient and effective company very soon!
