In process of upgrading systems

Tremendously intelligent and hardworking people that are genuine and want to do things the right way. All decisions are made locally and with input from many sources. We have the authority to do what is right and to do what is necessary to make things happen. High expectations to do the job you are hired to do that keeps you motivated.

The technology is a little lacking but we are getting that fixed ASAP. Time off system is a little archaic, would prefer to see a bank of time rather than time for separate categories.
