Bullies and bigots - Recensione dipendente - Manager presso Southern Water

My line manager was lazy, vindictive and manipulative. Truly an unpleasant individual that I hope never to see again. Senior management would not make decisions, nor empower anyone else to do so, preferring to sit in meetings discussing the challenges amongst themselves, leaving their teams in the dark and avoiding their responsibilities. Pregnant woman are persectued out of the business. Management largely ignore their teams, unless something goes wrong when they appear to embarrass and bully their staff to ensure no blame is landed on them.
