Extremely poor leadership and management. Leadership team lack experience and so drive middle management in the direction. Poor grasp of commercials leads to poor decision making. Arrogant approach to staff show that they have little regard for their fellow employees, company seems to exist for the sole reason of making managers feel important. - Only communication from leadership members is to say how great they are and how bad their colleagues are.
