Big will not beat small anymore. It will be the fast beating the slow”. and we are the Fastest. 3. The Best part is that with that growth rate the company is not loosing on its values rather the HR team is more focused and determined to keep the environment as ethical and professional as possible. 4. I have so many Pros that I can't have cons, However, having said that Every one have some areas of improvements which I would not say is a con, I wish the company should have some more transparency in terms of career growth, or may be a career plan will keep Employees motivated.
