HR monitors your activity and what you do every minute of time clocked in. If you miss a punch in or out, you have to redo trainings from HR and put on a "timing/procedure" pip. Paid monthly, even if you are a salary employee (they do not disclose this during interview process or on offer letter). Once you become an Account Executive there is no room for growth. Still a growing company that doesn't have sound platform.

Great work-life balance, compensation is very fair for good work done, management provides honest and open feedback for both great work and areas of improvement, management is always open to feedback, multiple voluntary opportunities to connect with coworkers. Time here is really what you make of it!!

Selling property and liability insurance is a long sales cycle which can be difficult during your first couple years. It takes time to get fully 'up to speed'
