Based on my experience and opinion: 1. Working for this organisation has made me fearful of working in a similar environment and organisation again. 2. It is a lonely place to work, cold and uncaring. 3. Uninspiring and nothing to help you thrive. 4. Incompetent managers with biases, lacking expertise, who stalk your every move and gaslight you. There is a lack of transparency. 5. This organisation does not have your best interest at heart. 6. Wasting resources, outdated processes, and procedures must be followed without question; they are not open to new ideas or suggestions (they are set in their ways). There’s a demand for unquestioning loyalty to leaders and the organisation. Dissent or diverse perspectives are discouraged and punished. 7. Thousands of employees complain about the culture. 8. Lying and concealing information, including not complying with the law. I have seen it and will be looked into externally. Dealing with this has been very challenging emotionally; if I could avoid it, I would never again work for this organisation or anyone linked to it. 9. Have been passed over to many people with less experience and knowledge but better job titles. 10. Leading and managing with bias, discrimination, destroying inclusion and fairness. 11. Disconnect with company values. 12. You become a scapegoat when you try to find solutions to problems and resolve mistakes made by others. You will be prevented from introducing creative or different solutions; if you do, it will be treated as a performance issue. 13. Favouritism and Work Cliques. 14. There’s a lot of gossip. Believe it or not, everyone knows about you. 15. If you're different, you can only work here if you have contacts who work here, are part of the crowd, or are good at dealing with complicated workplace politics. 16. Management expects perfection on low pay, poor structure, and no induction, training or education in a toxic working environment. Do you know that law firms cannot expect perfection with a remuneration of £100k! Why do you?! 17. No progression. 18. Setting unrealistic expectations so most colleagues work well beyond office hours. They will work you to the ground. This organisation will not love you back for your hard work and dedication. 19. Micromanaging is standard practice here, preventing growth. 20. Many people in the organisation are out for themselves. They will throw you under the bus, and it's too late when you find out. 21. No one is asking questions or challenging poor behaviour. 22. Genuine empathy and compassion for those with medical and mental health issues are lacking. 23. Passive-aggressive bullying and behaviours which is mentally taxing. 24. Poor human resource management, lack of fundamental understanding of employment law rights, policies and good practice, and HR supporting individuals who are a real liability to the organisation. *** If you have to, get a membership with a trade union before joining the organisation***

1. Your fellow team members are friendly on the whole. 2. Pay etc is average. Could earn more elsewhere despite Board saying it's benchmarked. 3. Benefits are fairly standard.

1. Senior Leadership and Exec Board have no idea what happens below them. 2. Way too much political games going on. 3. No direction from above. 4. If you are saying a message Senior Leadership don't want to hear - they'll just ignore it. 5. Lots of promises - little action. 6. T & Cs forced upon you, irrespective of what your contract says, 7. Senior Leadership & Exec Board seem to assume every staff member lives 10 minutes away. Don't use data to understand their own people. 8. Inter department fighting means nothing gets done well or collaboratively. 9. Corporate headquarters in Basingstoke suffers from lack of parking. Senior leadership seem to assume everyone lives within 10 minutes of Basingstoke. 10. No flexible working model.

Struggling to find any pros besides a handful of good people.

You can't trust senior leadership or the executive board. They say one thing and do something else, hardly keeping promises and full of ego. Happy to lose best employees while reshuffling incompetence, where you find leaders in roles they're not qualified for. Too many tickbox exercises to make it seem like they're listening to employees. Very toxic environment, unfortunately it has rubbed off on many employees that you struggle to find genuine people within the organisation. The only reason anyone would give 5 stars is that they benefit from the toxicity.
