The culture is great. Small business with good benefits, invested in growing its people. The people were all great.

Not a lot of opportunity for lateral or vertical movement as it is a small defense contractor.

Best things are flexibility with many folks working remote or hybrid schedules; focus on employees over bottom-line; try to create a fun atmosphere with company paid outings and lunches.

Not a lot of opportunity to move up into higher management being a small company.
