Everyone here is extremely pleasant to work with. Management understands their priorities well. Pay seemed to be right on par if not slightly better than industry. Benefits were (basically just health and dental) were great, but no 401k, and Simple IRA match was worthless. Bonus' seemed to always come regardless (not sure if this is good or not lol) Management values doing it right even if that means timelines suffer, was never rushed to put out junk for the sake of getting things done. Owners are extremely wise and involved in business, easy to work with and KNOW their stuff.

All ownership and officers are family, matter of fact regardless of people's skill-set or qualification when higher level positions opened up outside family members not-qualified for the position were hired instead of promoting inside employees with the drive, knowledge and qualification for the job. Even going outside would have been better then hiring someone just because their family. Company is EXTREMELY out of touch with common corporate practices. Pay checks once a month, no direct deposit, 30 minute lunches for Management & Salaried positions.. No schedule flexibility. In this day and age, flex time for salaried, management and IT and related jobs is almost a must to attract talent, specially if you're only going to get 30 minutes at lunch to take care of errands and calls that come up in the day. Did I mention you can't have your cell phone in the building? Almost no public Holidays. Being an e-Commerce company i can understand this some what, but there could have at least been rotations so that there were more Holidays' but staff took turns so that not everyone had to work. Not much room for advancement because of the small size of the company.. No ones fault, but unfortunately is a bi-product of being a small company, not their fault.
