Spacelift is the third high-growth startup I have worked at and it is by far the best experience I have had. I knew something was different with Spacelift from the very beginning. Rather than diving straight into KPIs and 30-60-90 day plans, I had the opportunity to explore and learn the company, while forging relationships with my new coworkers. I really appreciated that. Our co-founders are down-to-earth and approachable, but more importantly they are leaders who execute. They have a strong vision of where the company should be in 5 years, and welcome/expect employee input on how to get there. The company is fully remote, with a remote first culture. We have employees all over the globe. Because of that, there is strong emphasis on hiring experienced talent who can problem-solve and execute autonomously with little hand holding. Employees are empowered to make decisions and execute, no micromanaging. Asynchronous conversations/work over Slack and ClickUp for project management. Benefits for U.S based employees are great. Excellent healthcare, PTO (26 days + all bank holidays), and a $400/month Brex CC to use as an employee benefit. (I use mine for a co-working space, gym membership, among other things)
