First. The people. I have never worked with such a great group of individuals. Spanning is full of fun, caring, hardworking, helpful, smart, interesting employees in every department. It's a pleasure to come to work here every day. Everyone genuinely cares about each other. Second. The work. The products are the best in the industry thanks to our very skilled engineering and product teams. Our competition doesn't even come close. The work is rewarding. You feel good about the decisions that management makes. You know that business is done honestly and with respect for others. Third. Work life balance. Unlimited PTO that everyone uses but doesn't abuse. It means you can get your work done and take a trip across the world and not fret while you're out of town. It means you can go to your kids soccer game, or take a long lunch and no one will question why you're not at the office. They know you do a great job every day.

Cannot think of any cons that outweigh all of the pros about this company.

The people are kind, fun, and very helpful - arguably the best part of the company. The location is super nice and in a great location in downtown Austin. Great benefits, fun environment, and awesome perks.

Lack of communication from management. Blurry vision for the company.
