- typical startup environment (fast paced, always changing), which could be challenging for one to manage with work/life balance - benefits are not quite as robust yet (but management is always working to improve those)

It's energizing to be working with leadership and a team as talented, committed, and as capable as SparkPlug's. To be working towards a vision that you feel compelled to get behind is just incredible. The culture is amazing. It's one that promotes authenticity, hard work ethic, collaboration, support, diversity, celebration, and having fun!I go to work ready to roll and excited for what the day will bring. It's a fast paced environment but there is ample support to ensure success, and everyone on the team is ready and willing to jump in to help when necessary. The product is an undeniable tool that is intuitive, reliable, and is loved by all clients. It is evolving quickly and evolving at the pace of our customers needs.
