They give you good salary but that also get deducted and delayed

Just a Normal Lala Mindset, keeps on firing people who have guts to debate them about what's wrong. I request all the fresher and the new job lookers NOT TO JOIN this company. I am writing this because I've been tortured mentally and hurled abuses! I don't why there is even have a 4-5 rating, sparrow has alot of problems- leadership issue, manager issue, no training will be provided and the strict timings of the company, they make sure to deduct every penny of your salary on the name of productivity hours (desktime app), morning short leave and what not. Company culture is so toxic you want to leave it in one day but you can't because they also force you to sign a service agreement in which it is mentioned that you can't leave the company before 1 year if you do you have to pay them your 2 months salary. They are struggling financially that employee get there salary late every month now.

It’s good expect management polices.

Appraisal cycle is long expect that everything is good.
