Certain individuals are clearly targeted, often subtly isolated or micromanaged until they feel pressured to leave. - Managers are often highly stressed and under unnecessary intense pressure. - Gossip and “anonymous” complaints are common, but there’s no transparency, leading to distrust between peers. - There is one individual in a self-appointed “mama bear” role who acts as a direct informant to senior leadership. She may initially appear supportive, but can be manipulative, exclusionary, and hostile if she decides she doesn’t like you, creating a divisive and emotionally unsafe environment.
