You reap what you sow and then some. The company does not fail it's employees. There are plenty of opportunities to grow and succeed, both personally and taking the company forward.

      Culture with no place for humanitarian grounds and HRG too will support the management at any cost. Always stressful pointing in employee for what they could have done better instead of recognizing the hardworking and efforts they put in their work. Even though you have unlimited vacation you will never get time to utilize them. After started working you feel like you are paying very less for the work you deliver.
