Very good work culture, nice company

Nothing as such. Pay is not that high.

Has a great software team with excellent PMs who ensure smooth collaboration and project execution. The work environment is supportive, with a great work-life balance and no overwhelming workload. One of the biggest perks is that the job is fully remote, offering flexibility and autonomy. Since the UX team is small, you get to take full ownership of your work and have a direct impact on projects.

The compensation is relatively lower compared to industry standards, and there are fewer growth opportunities. The small team also means there’s limited mentorship.
