      Having worked at other agencies in the Lower 48, I can tell you that life is very good at Spawn. No agency I worked for treated employees as good as Spawn. Things that continue to impress me about this agency: employee perks, respect, work/life balance, recognition for a job well done, a desire to do great work. Simply put, it's a great place to work.

      A place that truly puts its people first. A very familia place to work be it in Denver or Anchorage. They really know their stuff creating a great learning experience for young, developing talent.

      Excellent benefits and work/life balance accommodations.

      Considers themselves a "family" -- iykyk. Toxic clients and leadership not backing the staff. Some employees pull all the weight while others don't. Feedback about some employees not take seriously based on playing of favorites.

      We're sorry you feel this way. There are some incredibly smart and amazing people who work here -- and they are pulling their weight across the board. As a former employee here, I have to believe you are also incredibly smart and amazing too. I hope you're happy and well in your new role.
