Avoid at all costs - Recensione dipendente - Microbiologist presso Specific Diagnostics

One of the best companies I’ve ever worked for. The entire V\&V team, microbiology team, and all leaders/managers are extremely supportive. This truly feels like a safe and encouraging place to work, where colleagues and leadership alike are cooperative and uplifting. It’s not just the microbiology team—I genuinely appreciate the company as a whole. Every day here leaves you feeling satisfied and happy. I highly recommend working here.

Not much to say for cons

The work. R&D work was good, as I knew the craft. Salary was quite decent. A few very good humans were there. Free food. (The Deconstructed/Disintegrated Samosa dish that was available symbolized the messy-minded behavior and Character of the mid-level looney managers, and some subordinates)

Some of them displayed what they carry within them as failed humans. Bad, cheap behavior and treatment. Unacceptable. Then they got away without a bad name attached to them for their cheapness. Were those our Bay Area's/CA's workplace standards??? No way!!!Not before the crazy, messy, greedy 2020. Ours was the befitting response to their toxicity that they shamelessly displayed even during technical/ lunch meetings. Know it!!! So, the Bad marks should be on you, not on the unsuspecting ones that walked in to do science. We gave the apt response as any modern, free human would give to the bullies and Liars. Clear the wrong labels. They are the ones that messed decent human interactions in science. Greedy and uncivilized behavior.
