Most members of the team are/were incredibly talented and enjoyable to work with. Many employees genuinely cared about clients and worked hard despite the instability around them.

Leadership created an extremely toxic and chaotic environment with constant changes in direction and reactive decision-making. The company appeared more focused on generating investor interest than building sustainable operations. I was hired for marketing but repeatedly pushed into sales and told the company would not make payroll if I didn’t bring in business off my own back. Commissions that were promised were never paid, and my final check was withheld. Communication was highly unprofessional, with frequent after-hours FaceTime calls and a culture driven by fear, pressure, and poor boundaries. CEO/Founder/Owner is heavily involved in the day-to-day deceiving clients, berating team members in front of everyone, and constantly changing the expectations of your role, on the hour.
