Salary is reasonable .. but hours are long .. so per hour rate is lousy. Can’t think of anything good abt this company

Heard of the proverb .. ppl don’t l leave job , ppl leave their bosses. The management is highly toxic , unreasonable, no empathy. HR just follow their unreasonable demands like working 10-10.. with no fixed off days.. randomly arrange at the last minute by an attitude problem schedule planner.They give unreasonable target and if ur not in their favorite list , they will make things difficult for u by visiting your shop and question you. Then ask you question like what is your action plan to improve your business , but if you answer think like I will try my very best moving forward… the management will be will pissed and say that is not what he/she wants to hear, etc . A lot of issue with this company high turnover rate as they bully their staff . Join at your own risk. If u need money , no friends, no children or family… and dun mind selling all your time to this company.. then u can consider joining. They also make supplier pay for staff incentive

Most people are very friendly and easy-going Quite easy to adapt to the job Compensation is equivalent to the amount of work done

Met quite a few people from different outlets and there are a few who are extremely stuck-up, making it a nightmare to work with them. Extremely long working hours due to the nature of the job, so only recommended for ppl who just wanna hustle without a life, or are okay with taking unpaid Off days are random, can be requested but it isn't first come first serve, more like whoever management favors gets it first. There's always a manpower issue within the company, so sometimes they will ask u to run to other stores, went from west to east quite a few times while I was working and that was just one example
