Horrible company with zero benefits and low pay - Recensione dipendente - Customer Service Representative (CSR) presso Specter Pest Control

This is a great company to work for! Office staff enjoys the flexibility of getting to work from home which is awesome. Training and expectations are clear and the owners really invest in their employees. Highly recommend working for Specter!

None. They gaslit you try and believe there was one

They let everyone go. Some who worked just 2 days after being hired. Why would you hire people- some who could've left something more stable thinking this was better after just hiring them? When I worked there- everyone had to work so hard to tell eachother the job didn't suck. You are expected to put hundreds of miles on your car eaxh day for horrible pay and then they lied and conned about the benefits. The owners here will lie right to your face. Don't jeprodize your time. Even if you get a job working as a sales rep over the phone- they are likely to replace you with AI because they cut corners. Oh, AND THEY EXPECT YOU TO GIVE THEM BACK YOUR DIRTY SHIRT YOU WORKED AND SWEAT IN FOR WEEKS AT A TIME TO TRY AND GIVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE. GROSS.
