      Very laid back work atmosphere. Good work/life balance. Many of the non-management colleagues are great and work as as a team.

      Svantaggi

      No room for career advancement. Senior members of the firm do not allow for growth from within. No incentives. Management has the "Me, myself & I" factor.

      Lots of friendly staff, paid overtime, beautiful office, interesting projects, pretty good health insurance, trustworthy leadership (Scott/Keribeth).

      Disorganized middle management, low/infrequent raises, too much time spent on 3D rendering, 8AM start time.
