Working at Spectra Baby USA I would say the cons are. *Getting to work a full time shift with full time guaranteed hours *Team Building and Friendly work environment *Easy Paid Training *Work from home for the meantime until further notice *Friendly co-workers and Friendly Management *Lots of benefits and 401k !!!!Insurance provided as well *PTO after your 90 days *Two Paid 15 minute breaks and one Un-paid 30 minute lunch *Bathroom Breaks when needed can take *Awesome monthly fun meetings in office *So many many more wonderful things about this company I could say but I would be writing a book

It would really be hard to say any cons about the company because I don’t really have any cons

It's a job. I have worked there a long time. Every now and then the owner provides a $3 free lunch - not complaining cause every dime helps but $3 of garbage food really? Just pay me a fair wage and i will eat my own tuna. Moving to a new office where the AC might work better.

There is no future here as all new jobs are given to people from the outside. i am on GlassDoor site because I am looking for better work... Who would go on this site unless they were looking for better work right? Too many customer complaints. Lots of stress because it is known that the owner knows that the product is poor but does not care anymore.
