Toxic workplace environment, with high turnover. Company convenient for backoffice employment. Sr. Management does not know how to work with diversity. They are insensitive to their frontline staff. Poor communication and management skills. No outside HR to talk to when voices should be heard. Needs better training on everything - system, employees, management skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills.
