This was a great place to work - absolutely loved it.

There really weren't any cons.

Great company, lots of work to be done. Just got bought out by Enbridge and not sure of the culture shift.

Stickler on policy and regardless of how big or small will terminate contract or full-time employees even if they are proven wrong as a company.
