So many reviews have been removed by Spectra and their legal team, that is a fact. What you see here is not a valid indication of current and past employees. They pay well. If all you care bout is money, this is the place to be.

Offer bonuses, zero communication about payout. Waited 3 months for end of year bonus and now its been 5 weeks since half year bonus, they pay yearly bonus in two payments. Also, bonus is part of compensation as its in my offer letter, if we meet goals. The bullying and intimidation I experienced while working there was like nothing I have ever experienced in my adult life. There are certain departments that work to cause distrust amongst employees and to constantly make you feel like you are not doing enough even though you get great reviews from your boss. I am writing this in a very careful manner so as to not be contacted by their lawyer. Bottom line is for me, this was my worst working experience in 35 years of work. I liked my boss but you always had to work in fear of certain people and play games to get things done. It is not what I would consider a friendly working environment. They only have 49 or less employees in the US and they have lost 9 so far this year do to resignation. There is no work life balance in my opinion. Lastly, the vacation policy is horrible, in my opinion comparing it with other jobs I have had.
