I am extremely disappointed with [Company’s Name]. The management is a disaster, with supervisors hiding from employees and giving incorrect directions. When things go wrong, they blame the workers to corporate. Promotions are based on favoritism rather than merit, leading to incompetent leadership. Hardworking employees are met with jealousy and envy. Maintenance staff are lazy, more focused on getting into management than fixing issues, and constantly gossip to get employees fired. Human Resources is equally useless, sharing personal information and retaliating when issues are reported. The lack of security is alarming, allowing anyone to enter the warehouse freely. The parking situation is also atrocious, forcing employees to park in a dirt lot behind the building. This place is a joke and I would not recommend it to anyone. They don't want you to speak about raises because they only give them to the lazy Maintanence who half way fix anything and get mad at you for calling them back over when a machine breaks. They are literally outside smoking all day or hiding out somewhere and come and try to fix something only when corporate comes out to make it look like they are doing something . You have no one to report the issues to because they will go back to that person and tell them what you said instead of checking them which puts a target on your head so they can get you fired ! Crazy right ?! Literally worst work environment. It's sad because the work isn't hard it's the management and maintenance (DANIEL to be exact from Maintanence ) he knows he can do what he wants and get a way with it.
