> Management delaying Appraisals/hike with an intention that if these 80% will get hike,they will look for job in outside world and how 80:20 rule will sustain. Holding back appraisals seems like a retention plan for the bosses but this will surely backfire. > Making those 80% employees feel like beggers with no transparency and a fear/panic of hike cut on every activity. > Reason for delay - Awaiting as if paying in $s.
