Vantaggi
-A few genuinely smart and kind coworkers (the ones who haven’t been driven out yet)
-Interesting technology and potential—completely overshadowed by dysfunction
Svantaggi
- Hostile culture that thrives on passive aggression, power games, and clique behavior. If you’re not part of the “in” crowd, you're ignored, micromanaged, or quietly pushed out.
-Rude and unprofessional behavior is normalized: Condescending, dismissive, and outright rude interactions from upper-level employees are not the exception—they're the norm. I witnessed multiple instances where basic respect and professionalism were completely absent, even in routine conversations. It’s clear that the culture doesn’t just tolerate this—it protects it.
-Zero psychological safety: It’s a culture where speaking up is quietly punished and being silent is simply ignored. Constructive feedback is unwelcome, and management avoids direct conversation until it’s too late.
-Lack of trust: Leadership makes it clear they don’t trust the people doing the actual work. You’re constantly under quiet scrutiny, never openly supported.
No real HR support: What passes for an HR department is basically one inexperienced coordinator following orders. There’s no independent oversight, no employee advocacy, and definitely no protection if you're treated unfairly. Hiring and firing decisions are handled mechanically, with zero regard for due process, fairness, or professionalism.
