Having friends here made it hard to leave the company. Otherwise, I would've left already.

No growth. Not even your pay gets a bump even after a few years! Management takes advantage of employees just because we're patient and we endure. We consider the company first before anything else but it seems management has forgotten about us!

We are always looking for ways to build career opportunities and have been developing new roles across multiple departments over the past year. Employees also have access to an online learning platform and are encouraged to use it to further their own growth and development.
