Enquired as to the GP of my accounts, and the answer was "we don't see the GP", only for this to be shown on-screen seconds later. A lot of confusion and misunderstanding around pricing, marketing, promotional strategy, P&Ls and OGSM. No decent overall strategic direction or brand investment versus the competition. Morbidly obese layer of commercially incompetent middle management, versus complete lack of sales support staff across finance and category management.
