Very stuffy Corporate culture and lacks diversity; boardrooms are filled with middle aged white men. Not a true reflection of the customers they serve across the country! Feel bad for those corporate professionals who came on board from Time Warner Cable after the merger. Not a place for progressive thinkers or those who thrive in innovative environments.
