Great training. There is an extensive on boarding program that was very helpful to our agents that may have not had a ton of technical experience.

Lack of approachable leadership. If you didn't work 8a-4p you could forget about having anyone to ask if you had a question or problem, especially Human Resources. While I understood that someone couldn't be there everyday all day, that didn't stop the questions and problems from happening. It was a 24x7 center and management and HR was gone by 5p.
