Charter (aka Spectrum) does have excellent Internet speeds and quality TV and Phone offerings. Free cable and good benefits.

DSR is required to push triple play (phone, TV and internet) sales (even if customer only wants 1 or 2 services) , has very limited ability to provide customer service and is not paid commission unless services are installed within a defined period of time. Installation and service issues are significant and it is not uncommon for the prospect to become so upset they cancel the order, effectively canceling the commission. DSR does not have the ability to monitor/manage installation or service, however is accountable for the installation and cancelation. Supervisors and management does not empower the DSR to succeed, but rather deal disciplinary action.
