Then the management treat you like children. You basically are a kindergartener in an adults body. It was down to very strict rules on where you could lay your jacket. This happened constantly. Typically in sales you build raport with your customer while selling a phone because you are locked in for about an hour. Sometimes you just talk about whatever. I got told the "Nfl is not an acceptable topic on my sales floor" by a manager. Because we do not have sunday ticket and cannot leverage it to sell. I was just talking to a guy wearing a browns jacket. Its like if the nsa watching all of our computers critiqued us.
