I love my job at Spectrum. They treat employees like professionals and allow both hybrid and in-office work environments. I highly recommend working at Spectrum

I can’t think of any cons.

Not many. They were better with previous structure.

Very difficult company to work for. Little to no support and minimal team collaboration. Health benefits were "don't get sick."
