Great managers - they really care about their employees. Pay is competitive. Working at Federal health units is very low stress, unlike working in a hospital.

Benefits suck. 1 week vacation the first year. Health insurance is very expensive - $719 every paycheck.

Pay was decent for geographical location. Opportunity for commission on certain services. Job was beyond easy and basic. Alowed to leave early if the schedule was clear at the end of the day.

Favoritism, lack of communication, issues with patient bills, several angry patients voicing issues that are addressed only with free services, issues with filing insurance and morality.
